Today Andrew Breitbart just launched his new site named Big Hollywood. This should be interesting because he’s one of the men that made The Drudge Report into the powerhouse site it is today. He also was a founder of the popular liberal Huffington Post blog. Over the years he’s branched out to the Breibart.com news site and now he is focusing in on the closeted conservative community in Hollywood. What seems most interesting about this new site is that it realizes that conservatives must engage in the world of pop culture if they are to be as successful as the liberals. Breitbart rightly believes, just as Piryx and RealPolitix.com do, that there is an ever growing convergence between politics and pop culture. I’m interested to see how his new site will do.
